PRIVACY POLICY

Your documents.
Your information.

This policy explains what DocuRevo processes when you visit the website, use the application, create documents, or contact us.

PLAIN-LANGUAGE SUMMARYWe use your information to run the service—not to sell your documents.

Access to account documents is controlled through authentication and document permissions.

Effective 13 September 2026

1. Information we process

Account information

When you create or use an account, we may process details such as your name, email address, account role, authentication information and session activity.

Documents and templates

We process the content you enter, upload or generate, including document fields, uploaded files, templates, previews and export-related information. Because documents can contain personal or confidential information, only include information you are authorised to use.

Usage and device information

We use Google Analytics on the public website and application. It may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, device and browser details, referral source, and interactions with the service.

Support information

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, selected subject, message and the page from which the request was submitted.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain and secure DocuRevo.
  • Authenticate users and apply document access permissions.
  • Create, edit, preview, export, share and delete documents as requested.
  • Respond to support, feedback and privacy requests.
  • Understand product usage and improve reliability and usability.
  • Detect misuse, investigate errors and comply with applicable obligations.

3. Document privacy and sharing

Account documents are protected by authenticated access and ownership or sharing permissions. A document is not intended to become public merely because it was created in DocuRevo. If you intentionally share a document or exported file, the recipient may save, copy or redistribute it outside DocuRevo’s control.

No internet service can promise absolute security. Use strong, unique credentials, keep access links and exported files secure, and avoid entering information that is unnecessary for the document.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We may use hosting, infrastructure, document-editing, analytics and communication providers to operate the service. These providers process information for the relevant service function. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, or complete a business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not claim to sell your document contents or use them for unrelated advertising.

5. Retention and deletion

Information is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Retention can vary by data type and operational context.

Where the product provides a delete action, you can use it to request removal of the relevant document. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs or recovery systems. For account or privacy requests, use the contact form and select “Privacy request”.

6. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You can also control cookies and analytics using browser settings or available consent controls.

7. Children and changes

DocuRevo is intended for people able to enter a binding agreement and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date or an appropriate notice.

8. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, visit Contact DocuRevo and choose “Privacy request”.
