By accessing or using DocuRevo, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account. You must not use DocuRevo to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, or create deceptive, fraudulent or harmful documents.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give DocuRevo the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce and format that content solely to operate and improve the service and fulfil your requests. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis necessary to use the content you provide.
You are responsible for reviewing document accuracy, recipient details, calculations, tax treatment, clauses, signatures and legal formalities before using or sharing a document.
4. Templates are not professional advice
DocuRevo provides general-purpose tools and drafting aids. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, employment, payroll or financial advice. Laws and requirements vary by jurisdiction and situation. Consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
5. Service availability and changes
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, templates or limits. We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep independent copies of documents you need to retain.
6. Intellectual property
DocuRevo and its original software, design, branding and template materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. You may use generated documents for their intended personal or business purpose, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that every template, output or calculation will meet your needs or be legally sufficient. DocuRevo is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on generated content.
To the extent permitted by law, DocuRevo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment if paid services are introduced, serious misuse or breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account-related assistance through the contact page.
